When you’ve been in the industry for a long time, the question is whether or not you should ask for help.

If you’re a young professional with no experience, it’s easy to dismiss a consultant because they can’t give you specific advice or provide you with a list of specific tasks.

But it’s also possible to ask a consultant if they have any expertise in your field, and if they can recommend a career path that suits your strengths and skills.

If they can, that’s a great sign.

“It shows you’re serious about finding the right job and is confident that you’re getting the right advice,” says Beryl Lien, a career consultant with Norwex Consulting in Toronto.

But if you don’t know how to ask for advice or are uncertain about what’s best for you, a professional is not the answer.

If your career is uncertain, it might be worth looking at career options.

For example, some of the more popular career options for professionals in the healthcare, retail, and other industries are more flexible and require a little bit more time.

Others offer much more flexible work schedules.

If there are opportunities for career change, you might look at the options on the market or even ask for one of the many job boards.

As you might expect, a number of professional organizations have careers boards.
